I was clueless after having re eived an old Deluxe Gold line Empisal, but with Ebrahim's kind and patient assistance, I managed to get this old lady set up and spinning like a kitten again. If it weren't for the numerous voice notes from this generous and kind technician, I would probably have dumped this machine! I am so grateful, and tip my hat in deep appreciation for Ebrahim!
